Good to know

With four spacious bedrooms and five beds, two of which are bunkbeds, this is one of the only vacation rentals in Tallahassee that can comfortably accommodate larger groups. Each bed is extremely comfortable to ensure you have a pleasant stay. You’ll find two meticulous and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. There is a stunning and spacious walk-in shower as well as two bathtubs for relaxing soaks. They have bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, and beautiful vanities that will blow you away. The beautiful living room has gorgeous deep green color pops and a large Smart TV, with access to Youtube TV/Netflix/Amazon/Hulu for you to enjoy during your stay! Plenty of seating for your whole party and stunning area. Work remotely with high speed 5G internet throughout the home. The kitchen has all cooking necessities, including coffee maker, microwave, oven and all utensils. The design is gorgeous with dark wood, making your cooking experience incredible. The dining room is a quaint and bright space that will lead you to have great conversations over a phenomenal meal. Whether you wake up to coffee and plan adventures for the day, play tons of games, do some work, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this gorgeous space gives you all the room you need. The backyard has a large amount of space and a seating area with a fire pit perfect for nighttime gatherings and stories together. A washer and dryer are available for use at any time.

A great place to gather with friends, connect with colleagues, or meet with loved ones. This is not a party house and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction. Noise Curfew: in order to respect our neighbors, please note there is a loud noise curfew at 11:00 pm.

House Rules

No smoking indoors please. A fee of $250 will be charged for bringing a pet during your stay that was not originally disclosed at initial reservation booking. Guests are required to pick up all dog waste upon departure. We just ask the owner to confirm their pet is current on all vaccines and flea/tick treatments. There will be a $150 fine for any excessive waste left behind. A fee of $300 will be charged for smoking indoors (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, marijuana, etc.) A fee of $800 will be charged in damages and deep cleaning, if any parties have taken place in and/or outside the property. This fee includes the cost of actual damage to each furniture piece. This fee is subject to change after a thorough evaluation of the damage if and when a party has taken place on the property without notifying the host. No additional guests allowed. All guests must be included in the reservation. A fee of $150.00 will be charged for each additional guest who has not already been included in the original reservation booking. Long term stays of over 28 days require a written rental agreement.

We offer contactless check-in with a door code that will be provided 24 hours prior to your stay. If you have any problems with the smart lock, there is also a lockbox with a key, please message if you need a code for that.

Victoria’s property was exactly as described in the listing information. We needed a cozy place to cook and have enjoyable family time during our quick trip to Tallahassee. This property did not disappoint. It was clean, well furnished and stocked, and very comfortable. Victoria is extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Victoria's place was amazing! Beautifully furnished and decorated with more than enough space. She has thought of everything and has all the amenities you would possibly need and more. Very well stocked kitchen and even a nice selection of spices! Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets make it really feel like home. Great location only 1 minute from WalMart and close to lots of restaurants, Publix, Target and more. Easy commute to and from the Capitol. Would highly recommend staying at Victoria's house. Thanks!

We loved being at this air bnb! We had everything we needed. The kids loved all the board games and the fire pit. Family Took a walk and neighbors are super friendly. We went to wakulla springs and St. George beach, and had all the bigger town amenities in Tallahassee. The house is spacious and the three girls had a room each!

We needed a “homey” place for our extended family to stay together while we were in town for a family funeral and this place was perfect for us. We could go for walks around the neighborhood, sit in back by the fire pit, play ping pong & other games or just be together in the comfy home. It’s close to everything-great location for us too! Victoria was great to work with and even let us check-in a little early. Thank you! Hope to come back to this home during happier times.❤️

Our stay at Victoria’s could not have been better. The house was exactly as billed, my friends and I had a great time the entire weekend. We will look to visiting again in the future.
